Cooking in Cameroon

PROJECT SUMAMRY

We will work with Bidjanga Biloa of GERPAD(Green Energy Research Program for Africa’s Development) in Cameroon. Bidjanga works at a university, and has recently begun partnering with a local manufacturer with collaborators in China and is bench testing a prototype from China. We are students trying to learn more about thermal cooking options and the work Bidjanga is doing in Cameroon.
